The images incorporated in the page are of the CF 188 Hornet. Also known by CF-18 or the F18, the Hornet
is the front line fighter aircraft utilized by the Canadian Armed Forces.

As the CF-18 Demonstration Team 2011 website stated:. "The CF-18 Demonstration Team personifies the excellence required to keep the Canadian Air Force
among the best aviation organizations on the planet. The expertise and dedication required by the team,
from the pilot to the maintenance crews to the coordinators, reflects the professionalism of all of Canada's airmen and airwomen."

The 2011 theme for the Cf-18 2011 Show season was "Supporting Our Military Families" and the 2011 Demonstation Jet
features a uniquely stylized paint scheme to honour our military families and to highlight its commitment to their families.

The Canadian Forces recognize that their families are their most important source of strength;
because of them, members can serve whenever and wherever they are needed.
In return, their families deserve their firm commitment to support them.
