Gimli to Grand Marais across Lake Winnipeg (the world's 13th largest).  As it has been described by its founder Jeffrey Badger... "this race is a one-of-a-kind 30K straight across frozen-over, big-as-an-ocean Lake Winnipeg."

This year 30+ runners completed the journey with a few hearty souls completing a 'duo-crossing'. Four of them are pictured coming into "their halfway point" before the group departs.  My apologies to the remainder duo-crossers whom I missed.
